For this company we're looking for a
HR Generalist rif. 4452

to insert in the Italian production plant located in Anagni (FR)

The position, reporting to the HR Director and to the Site Director, will guarantee all the human Resources process development in the production plant

The main activities will be:

    INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP in accordance with the policy of the group
    Internal communication tools to support employee communications  in liaise with Public Affairs
    Organization design, People development, Talent management, training
    Development of rewarding and recognition programmes
    Activities of performance management, job analysis
    Learning plans and solutions
    HR solutions support, process knowledge, advice and consultation to the line management
    Coaching line managers on the application of HR policies and processes

 
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years experience in HR depts. of multinational companies, in particular is focused on Industrial Relationship, has worked in a complex environment and has managed external and internal network of stakeholders.
He/she has a Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or law and is FLUENT in English.
